A comfort zone is a psychological state in which an individual feels familiar, at ease, and in control of their environment, experiencing low levels of anxiety and stress. In this space, routines are stable, predictability reigns, and there’s a sense of security. It’s a cozy corner of existence where habits go unquestioned, risks are avoided, and the status quo remains unchallenged.
