Time management — two simple words that can significantly impact your career, productivity, and overall well-being. Yet, it’s something many leaders struggle with. 

A study published in the Harvard Business Review revealed that only 1 in 10 executives feel they manage their time effectively, highlighting a widespread issue among high-level leaders (Harvard Business Review, 2013). Additionally, a report by McKinsey & Company found that executives spend nearly 60% of their time on administrative tasks, leaving less time for strategic activities (McKinsey & Company, 2018). In fact, only 18% of people manage their time effectively, according McKinsey & Company.
