Leadership. It’s a word that conjures images of inspiration, guidance, and vision. Ideally, leaders are those who motivate us, guide us through challenges, and set an example worth following. However, not all leaders fit this ideal. In fact, some leadership styles can be downright dangerous. Eloquent Incompetents: All Talk, No Substance

Eloquent incompetents are leaders who can talk a great game but fall short when it comes to actual performance. They are masters of rhetoric, capable of dazzling presentations and persuasive speeches. Unfortunately, their eloquence masks a lack of competence and substance.
