We’ve all been there. Someone says something negative or criticizes us, and before we know it, we’re caught in a whirlwind of self-doubt, anger, or sadness. Their words stick to us like glue, and we internalize the criticism, replaying it in our minds until it affects our mood, our day, or even our sense of self-worth.

But what if I told you that you don’t have to carry around all that negativity? What if, instead of absorbing everything thrown at you, you could simply observe it, let it exist without it affecting your inner peace, and then let it go? That’s the essence of the saying, “Learn to observe, not absorb. Don’t take things personally.”
