No Guaranteed Outcomes

While The Critical Thought Lab aims to provide valuable insight and guidance, there are no guarantees or warranties implied regarding specific outcomes or results from participating in our Bespoke Coaching & Strategy sessions.

Client Responsibility

The client assumes full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on insights, recommendations, or advice provided during or after sessions. This includes understanding that their success depends on their own commitment, motivation, and actions.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential, and The Critical Thought Lab respects the privacy of its clients. However, in cases where there may be a risk of harm to the client or others, necessary steps may be taken to ensure safety, which could involve breaking confidentiality.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will The Critical Thought Lab or its representatives be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Bespoke Coaching & Strategy sessions.

Termination

The Critical Thought Lab reserves the right to terminate a session or coaching relationship if it is deemed that the client is not benefiting from the service or if there is any breach of these terms.

Refund Policy

All Bespoke Coaching & Strategy sessions are prepaid and non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.

Governing Law

These disclaimers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Critical Thought Lab operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

By engaging in the Bespoke Coaching & Strategy sessions offered by The Critical Thought Lab, clients acknowledge and agree to these disclaimers.
